This is one of my older pieces that I created while still back in college.
This watercolor was a quick gestural figure painting done while we had a live model in our class. She is bending over and adjusting her stockings and the loose paint strokes help to convey her movement in the moment. She had strong lighting from behind which illuminated her shoulder and hair on the right side.
*There is a small torn area on the edge of the top border. I have included a close ups of that area, and the price has been reduced to account for the imperfection.
Medium: Watercolor on rough watercolor paper. Signed on back.
