This listing is for a set of 19 handcrafted lampwork glass beads created by artist Melissa Polomsky in her studio in The Woodlands, Texas.
Each bead is hand crafted carefully by wrapping molten glass in layers, then annealing the glass beads in a special kiln. This set is a mix of colorful rainbow beads in two different styles: Thinner disc shaped beads- some of a solid color of glass, others with different colored layers with small 3/16" holes.
The slightly thicker rondelle shaped beads are created with a larger metal mandrel, so they feature bigger holes in the center of the beads for jewelry projects that may need a larger hole bead.
